poop

Pr. Jeff Fromholz06 de mai de 2003

You don’t have to try poop to know that it tastes bad…

You don’t have to be a prostitute to get AIDS. You don’t have to agree as to whether or not marijuana is addictive to end up in rehab. And you don’t have to taste beer to know that it tastes like urine. (Certainly this is strictly my opinion not being a beer drinker.) The point being, what it is with today’s society that we have to experiment anything for it to be true? Nothing that you tell me is considered truth or validated until I find out for myself, and then, and only then, if I agree with you. What an egotistic and sadly deceived society we live in. What happened to the days when kids didn’t do something just because their parents told them that it wasn’t a good idea or that it was dangerous? Sure, there has always been the rebellious, “my old man doesn’t know what he’s talking about, times have changed” attitude, but that is only justifiable for kids in the world.

As Christian youth, there I no justification for disobeying your parents for the simple opportunity to taste poop except for stupidity. Now, I am not calling anyone stupid, just merely stating a fact, for which I will have proof, as I see it. God is raising up a smart generation. A generation of kids who do not look at the mound of dog poop in the front yard and wonder what t tastes like, and if they do, they remember that their dad or mom told them not to try it because it tastes bad.
